For those who plan getting high GPA, reading this is the right thing you do. After 2020, there are a drastic change in examination procedure. the classic way of exam, paper-based examination is no longer encouraged.  "E-Examination" is introduced. Microsoft Teams is the first and an official use in RULEs. However, due to lack of features,  many professors and lecturers stop using this and tend to use "Google" as substitution. Whether paper-based, Teams or Google, there are 4 section in the examination.

Section 1: MCQ - there will be 8 questions, 1 mark for each.

Section 2: Case studies. 5 small cases are given and you have to give correct one Procurement Purpose according to Law. 1 mark for each.

Section 3: Procurement Note. An extracted paragraph of Procurement note are given . 1or 2 mark(s) for each

Section 4: Terminology - By giving definition, One correct terminology shall be given. 1 mark for each.

It is an Opened-book exam. It may sound easy; However, time given is only 90 minutes. Make sure you know where to review. It is wise to recharge your phone or electronic device fully. Make sure you have secondary internet connection, beside University WIFI. You should finish all questions in 75 minutes so you have 15 minutes to double check and proper time to submit.
