A multi-sensory perspective of working memory in 2015 by Michel Q. and others suggests that practice using all types of senses may help strengthen your brain. To give our senses and
our brain a workout, try doing activities that simultaneously engage all five of senses. We could try every day activities such as cooking. You can smell the sense of the food, taste the food, checking the food appearance (decoration), check the food temperature with your hand (Be careful if it look too hot or cold), and even listen to the sound of the food you cooking. Isn't it cool?Habit can be a good thing that shows everyone the value and the power of ORDER . A simple way to practice such activities is traveling. Of course, you may wonder that you travel everyday. It is true but have you tried different way of the activities?
Don’t get stuck in a rut when it comes to your daily tasks. Instead, be willing to try new ways to do the same things.Choose a different route to get to work each week or try a different mode of transport, like biking or using public transport instead of driving. Your brain can benefit from this simple change, and you might be surprised by how easy it is to change your thinking.
3. Have enough sleep
The brain requires six to eight hours of sleep per day, or at least two cycles of deep sleep, to complete the chemical changes to integrate new skills and information into long-term memory. without enough sleep, your brain will not function properly because it cannot absorb enough oxygen. As the result, you will feel tired and yawn very often to get the oxygen and help your eyes and brain a bit of rest. This mean that during your yawning, you lose capability to focus on a specific activity.
