As you remember, there are 3 types of tort. Identify the following tort and classify it.

1. A Fight between Mrs. Rany and Ms. Nita over a triangle love. According to the fact, While Ms Nita and Mr. Dara are walking together, Mrs. Rany who is looking for her husband for 3 days and suspicious that he has a concubine, attacks Ms Nita ferociously in the face. In a police report, Ms Nita is reported as Mr. Dara's (the husband) business partner and she is going to marry her fiance soon after Covid-19 Pendamic ends .

2. Mr. Davuth tries to chop down the tree in front of his house. Unfortunately, the tree crash into the wall and the house of Ms. Dalen, his neighbor.

3. Forgetting to brake the car, Ms. Dana's car  crashes 2 benches. No one get hurt in the accident.

4. In XYZ store, Mrs. Sola has put her 5 year-old baby into a shopping cart. After shopping for 15 minutes, one of  the cart wheels was broken. The cart has collided with the hot coffee stand near by. The baby suffer 2nd degree burn and the coffee staff and 2 other people included the mom has a slight minor injury.
