Content of Discipline Rules

Each subject requires regular student participation. In any subject, a student will not be allowed to take the exam, will be considered to have failed automatically, and will be required to study the failed subject again if they fall under any of the following cases:

    -Unauthorised absence (Absense without permission) exceeds 30% (6 times or more).

    - Authorised absence (Absense with permission) exceeds 50% (10 times or more) , OR the sum of authorised and unauthorised absences is 8 times or more.

Other Special Discussion

    -1 Unauthorised Absence will result in the loss of points.

    -20 mins late are allowed. 2 times of late equal to 1 Unauthorized Absence.

    -Mid-term will start at Week 9, generally with discussion.

    - Mid-term cannot be retaken.

    -Presentation slide shall be given in advance.
